Lonely The Brave share two new tracks and announce UK headline tour

Lonely The Brave have shared two new tracks, "Victim" and "The Bear", from their upcoming album What We Do To Feel. The album is set to be released on 10 November via Easy Life Records.

"Victim" is a heavy, riff-driven track that speaks to the feeling of being overwhelmed by the world. The song opens with a driving guitar riff and a pounding drum beat, setting the tone for a powerful and emotional track. The lyrics explore the feeling of being under attack from the world, and the sense of helplessness that can come with it.

Talking about “Victim” vocalist Jack Bennett said:

“It is for those times when you feel like the world is against you.”

"The Bear" is a more introspective track that explores the fear of losing a loved one. The song begins with a gentle acoustic guitar melody, which builds into a more intense and emotional chorus. The lyrics deal with the fear of death and the uncertainty of the future.

Guitarist Mark Trotter says of “The Bear”:

“It alludes to discussion around the anxiety and fear associated with potential loss of a loved one, and the release of *that* emotion when that comes good.”

Both "Victim" and "The Bear" are powerful tracks that showcase the band's ability to write both heavy and emotional music. The songs are sure to resonate with fans of rock music who are looking for something that speaks to the human experience.

The band have also announced a UK headline tour in February 2024. The tour will kick off in Brighton on February 7th and will wrap up in Cambridge on February 29th. Tickets for the tour are on sale now.

What We Do To Feel is an album that explores the full range of human emotions, from hope and gratitude to hardship and hurdles. The album reminds us that the things we care about and the things we put our time into make us who we are.

When the band members were forced to work on the album separately for the first time, they made it a point to find joy in the moments they could be together. They also took the opportunity to step back and view their work with a wider lens, allowing the album to take shape naturally.

Lonely The Brave are a band that are always pushing themselves to create new and innovative music. Their new tracks "Victim" and "The Bear" are a testament to their talent and creativity. The band is sure to continue to grow and evolve in the years to come.
