Filth is Eternal release new single “Pressure Me”

US hardcore band, Filth is Eternal, have released a new single, “Pressure Me” with an accompanying video.

“Pressure Me” marks the second release from their highly anticipated upcoming album, Find Out set to be released 29 September via MNRK Heavy.

Frontperson Lis Di Angelo provides insight into the meaning behind “Pressure Me”:

"Growth and change can be uncomfortable, even painful, at times. We're afraid of sharing our misery with others but allowing others in can help us gain perspective to see our current situation in a new light. 'Pressure Me' is a roadmap of nonlinear progress. It's an acknowledgment that sometimes, whether we want to admit it or not, we need the pressure of honest discourse, especially if we mean to figure out the world we've built and discover the root of our problems"

The lyrics on their upcoming album, Find Out, explore friction from opposing forces, hinting at emergence from trauma or consequential learning. The album title itself suggests a journey of growth and discovery, touching on themes like mental health, addiction, relationships, and the healing power of community.

The album delivers a powerful punch, reflecting a deep understanding of themselves, their audience, and their shared history. This release underscores their commitment to immediate impact, songs that captivate in mere seconds and hold an electrifying energy. Tracks like “Pressure Me” and the first single, “Crawl Space”, encapsulate this ethos.

Producer Paul Fig was tapped to bring their vision to life, recording at Dave Grohl's Studio 606 and Dave's Room. The album retains the raw intensity that defines their sound while adding a polished layer of production, creating a harmonious blend of power and grit.

To accompany this release, Filth is Eternal will be embarking on a tour of the UK in November, sharing the stage with American post-hardcore legends, Finch.
