The Casper Fight Scene release new EP ‘Haymaker’

The Casper Fight Scene have released their brand new EP Haymaker via No Sleep Records.

Since forming in 2021 the Marquette, Michigan-based emo band has been working with David Daignault. Daignault has been a valuable asset to The Casper Fight Scene. He has helped the band to find their voice and to create music that is both personal and powerful. With Daignault's guidance, The Casper Fight Scene have crafted their new EP Haymaker that showcases a new aggressive dialled-in sound for the band.

The band said of Haymaker:

“Growing up in the Midwest is strange but figuring out your purpose as an adult in the Midwest is even stranger and a lot of these songs are about that. We recorded at Sound Acres in New Jersey and spent a lot of time writing out there. Gary has a cool little apartment attached to the studio so we got to spend 24 hours working on these songs and grilling burgers and stuff, it was great.”

The songs on Haymaker are raw and emotional, and they perfectly capture the band's unique blend of emo and punk.
