Uzumaki release debut EP ‘Square One’

London-based alt-grunge band Uzumaki have released their debut EP Square One via Everything Sucks Music.

The EP is a collection of five tracks that pay homage to the 1990s alternative rock scene, with influences from bands like Teenage Fanclub and Weezer.

The EP opens with the lead single "Ugly Hunger", a driving, riff-heavy track that sets the tone for the rest of the EP. "On and On" is a more melodic track with a catchy chorus, while "Hey There" is a more introspective song that explores the themes of escapism and realism. The EP closes with the punk rock track "Flip Side", which is a fun and energetic way to end the album.

Uzumaki are a young band with a lot of potential. Their debut EP is a strong collection of songs that shows their love of 90s alternative rock. If you're a fan of that genre, then you'll definitely want to check out "Square One".
