IMMERSE release new EP ‘Everyone's To Blame’

Bristol-based metalcore band IMMERSE have released their new EP, Everyone's To Blame, on Adventure Cat Records.

The EP is the band's third release and follows on from their critically acclaimed 2021 album, The Weight That Holds Me Here. Everyone's To Blame features four tracks, including the title track, which is a scathing indictment of people who always play the victim and refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. The EP also includes the previously released singles "It's All Good" and "All I Know Is You."

Speaking about the track “Everyone's To Blame” Archie Hatfield said:

“This song is about that person you know who always has endless issues and always plays the victim but refuses to acknowledge that they are to blame. Sometimes you can offer help to people who say they need it but realistically unless they actively make a change it won't improve. So many seem to have an issue with coming to terms with the fact they're the toxic person and not others and they need to take accountability for their actions.”

IMMERSE are known for their energetic live shows and their catchy, melodic metalcore sound. The band has toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as Dragged Under, Our Hollow Our Home, and Chuggaboom.

The release of Everyone's To Blame marks an exciting new chapter for IMMERSE. The band is poised to break out to a wider audience with this new EP, and is sure to continue to make waves in the metalcore scene.
