Episode 20

Last night’s episode of The Scene with me your host Thom with an H, was a musical rollercoaster, a wild ride through the world of alternative music. We had an incredible lineup of bands and artists that kept the energy high and the volume even higher.

We kicked off the show with a bang, diving right into the vibrant world of the alt-scene with "Who Do We Not Save" by Northern Irish punk's Problem Patterns. This absolute banger comes from their debut album Blouse Club which came out on Friday on one of our favorite records here at The Scene Alcopop Records!

Other highlights from the first hour included "Where My Girls At" by NOBRO, "Take Me With You" by Neck Deep, "Red, White, & Blue" by Proper., "Code Orange" by Sincere Engineer, "Dream Big" by Bob Vylan, "Catalina" by Red Remedy, "Look Alive (Netic)" by Oxymorrons, "Dancer" by IDLES, "Will Logic" by Militarie Gun and closed out the hour with “Pythons” by ME REX.

The second hour of the show kicked off with the absolutely monstrous "Mistuko" by Lake Malice, from their debut EP Post Genesis that dropped on Friday. Other highlights from the second hour included "Freaky" by IMMERSE, "Judge Judy & Executioner" by Kite Thief, "Monument Road" by Quitter, "Ribbons" by Lloyd's House, “Verdity” by The Sunnies, "The Author" by Re Teu, "After Midnight" by Richard Walters, "One Nation Under DOG" by PAWS, "Alright Alright" by Ghost Woman, and I closed out the show with "Trust No One" by BEX.

During the show, I feature our two unsigned spotlight acts Red Remedy and The Sunnies. Red Remedy made their The Scene debut with their brand new single "Catalina," and The Sunnies returned to the show with their banger "Verdity".
