Episode 24

Last night’s episode of The Scene with me your host Thom with an H, was a wild journey through the world of alternative music. We had an incredible lineup of bands and artists that kept the energy high and the volume even higher.

Last night on the first hour of The Scene, I opened with "HELLO KITTY PEZ DISPENSER" by Sunny Side Down, followed by "Code Orange" by Sincere Engineer and "Life I'm Living In" by Just Friends.

I then played "Giant Giant Giant" by ME REX and "Changing" by SUDS.

Next, I spun "Go to Hell" by Felicette, "Crashing Through" by Friko, and "All My Plants Have Died" by Melanie Baker.

For our first unsigned spotlight of the night, I played "Tables Turn" by The Easy Peelers.

After that, I turned up the noise with "Coming Of Age" by Van Houten, "King Size Slim" by UNIVERSITY, and "Midnight Visitors" by Other Half.

I then took things down a notch with "Rest" by Slow Joy and "Potential" by Proper.

I let my punk rock flag fly with "He's A Man" by Bob Vylan, "TERFs Out" by Problem Patterns, and "Antidote" by Greywind.

I closed out the first hour with "Bic Lighter" by MAXWELLTHEBAND.

On the second hour of The Scene, I kicked things off with "Bathroom Floor" by KC Rae, followed by "gold teeth and fenty" by bby and "Idaho Alien" by Youth Lagoon.

I then played "Thanksgiving Prayer" by A. Savage and "Shut In My Body" by CIEL.

Next, I kept things indie with "Make You Proud" by Palace and "american cowboy song" by Fan Girl.

For the second unsigned spotlight of the night, I played "Fairy" by I See Orange.

After that, I started a mosh pit with "Shush" by Kite Thief, "Hurricane" by Continents, and "Chemical Lobotomy" by Future Static.

I then played "Gigantopithecus" by MOTHMAN, THE MAN, and "Juna" by Ghost Woman.

I slowed things down with "The King" by Anjimile and "Asphalt" by Molly Payton.

Finally, I closed out the show with the beautiful "Together We Emerge" by Jeremy Dutcher.
