Thank announce 2025 UK tour with Kal Marks

Leeds-based band Thank have announced a co-headline UK tour with New York’s Kal Marks for March 2025. Following the release of their critically praised sophomore album, I Have A Physical Body That Can Be Harmed via Big Scary Monsters, the group will bring their sharp-edged sound to nine cities across the UK.

Thank’s 2024 saw them break new ground, starting with the release of the single "Writing Out A List Of All The Names Of God" and their debut appearance at ArcTanGent festival. The band’s recent album I Have A Physical Body That Can Be Harmed has cemented their reputation as one of the most provocative and exciting acts to emerge from the UK’s underground scene.

Blending angular rhythms, erratic synths, and a vocal style that veers between defiant sprechgesang and outright aggression, the band’s sound is as abrasive as it is compelling. Tracks like "Writing Out A List Of All The Names Of God" showcase their ability to juxtapose harsh industrial textures with a sardonic wit, while the album as a whole carries a sense of catharsis that resonates with listeners.

The tour will kick off on 13 March at White Hotel in Salford and wrap up on 22 March at Hope & Ruin in Brighton. Fans can expect an electrifying live experience that mirrors the raw intensity of their recorded material. With Thank’s reputation for unforgettable performances and Kal Marks’ dynamic presence, the tour promises to be a highlight of next year’s live music calendar.

The buzz around Thank’s work speaks volumes about their ability to connect with audiences through music that challenges conventions. Their upcoming tour is set to bring that energy directly to fans across the UK.
