All Ears Avow release brilliant new single “Bird On A Wire”

Swindon’s greatest band All Ears Avow, have released their new single "Bird On A Wire," an evocative piece that serves as a poignant reflection on the darker capabilities of humanity.

Produced at Western Audio Studios by the band's vocalist and guitarist, Claire Sutton, who also took on the video production, the track was inspired by a wave of global distress and a desire to make sense of societal indifference to suffering and injustice.

The metaphor of a 'bird on a wire' powerfully captures the essence of the song, reflecting the precariousness of our seemingly stable existences and the profound impacts our choices can have. It underscores a message of mindfulness and responsibility that Sutton believes is crucial in today's world.

Sutton explains the genesis of the track:

"Bird On A Wire practically wrote itself in just an afternoon. Watching the news that day had left me overwhelmed by the atrocities occurring worldwide—wars, school shootings, climate change, and all forms of cruelty. This song is about the shock, the guilt, and the feeling of powerlessness that many of us experience witnessing these crises."

All Ears Avow, known for their infectious hooks and robust melodies, continue to build on their reputation for engaging music that not only entertains but also provokes thought. With influences ranging from Paramore to Bon Jovi, their music combines pop sensibilities with rock's raw energy, creating tracks that resonate on multiple levels.

Following the release of their 2022 self-released EP Feel The Push, All Ears Avow has maintained a busy schedule, performing across the country and building a strong live reputation. The band, which also includes Jake Willcock on guitar, Joe Bishop on bass, and Sean Ivens on drums, has shared stages with acts like The Xcerts, Decade, and Milk Teeth, bringing their vibrant energy to both intimate venues and major festivals like 2000trees.

Fans of All Ears Avow can catch them live during their upcoming tour dates across the country this spring and summer, where they will no doubt deliver performances filled with passion and the compelling force of their convictions
