FELICITY, the Orlando-based rock band known for their infectious energy and eclectic sound, has dropped their latest single, "Lovesick Blues." Released via Zodhiac Records, this shimmering pop-rock anthem is already making waves in the music scene, offering listeners a modern take on classic love songs.
"Lovesick Blues" showcases FELICITY's knack for crafting catchy melodies and clever lyricism, drawing inspiration from iconic tracks spanning generations. With its nostalgic twist and universal appeal, the song is poised to resonate with audiences of all ages.
The band members express their excitement about the track, stating:
“'Lovesick Blues' is one of our favorite songs we’ve written. We feel like it’s one of those timeless songs accessible to all generations. Many of our songs are geared toward a specific demographic. Our heavier songs might be for metal heads or a pop-punk anthem for the warped tour purist, but with ‘Lovesick Blues’, we feel like it could be played on the radio, in a department store, or sung in the shower."
Continuing, they add:
"We’re so proud of it! We’ve never written a love song before, so this was entirely new. We have songs that are inspired by relationships, but if you want to be a real band, then you gotta have a classic love song, so we’re happy we hit this milestone!"
Renowned for their dynamic live performances and genre-defying music, FELICITY has steadily built a devoted fanbase. With previous hits like "Emo Trash," "Levitate," "GOD MODE," and "Kill ‘Em All," the band has garnered attention from music enthusiasts and industry insiders alike. Their creative presence extends beyond their music, with engaging content on social media platforms like TikTok, where they've amassed a sizable following.
In addition to their latest single release, FELICITY is gearing up for an exciting summer of performances, including a slot on the main stage at the upcoming So What?! Music Festival in June. With more tour dates on the horizon, fans can expect to catch the band live in action as they continue to captivate audiences with their electrifying performances.
