Luton punks Out of Love return with their fiery new single "World Peace" released on Venn Records and Secret Friends Music Group. Alongside this release, they have announced their upcoming performance supporting Boston Manor.
"World Peace" hits hard with guitars and bass drenched in fuzz while Rogers' vocals effortlessly switch from power-pop to hardcore punk. It’s an exhilarating two minutes that spits out melody and grit in equal measure.
Out of Love are set to support Boston Manor at their sold-out Brighton show on 19th June. They’ve shared the stage with some of the punk scene’s finest bands, including High Vis, Scowl, One Step Closer, Drain, State Champs, Static Dress, Can’t Swim, Tigers Jaw, Superheaven, and Trophy Eyes.
Vocalist and artist Jack Rogers speaks from his own experience. From serving coffee to making a career out of designing merch/zines/posters for bands like Green Day, My Chemical Romance and Bring Me The Horizon. Perseverance has been key to making the switch in his life as Rogers delves deeper:
"World Peace is about not giving up, no matter what the world throws at you, you dig deep, kick back, and move forwards. When I get my teeth stuck into something, I see it through to the very end. I am a stubborn person, sometimes to a fault, and this song is a tribute to the grafters who keep doing their thing no matter what!"
