Giant Walker sign with Church Road Records

Giant Walker, the Heavy Progressive Rock group from Newcastle, have announced they've signed with Church Road Records.

This milestone marks a significant step forward for the Geordie quartet, further solidifying their position in the music industry.

Following this announcement comes their latest single “Make Me”. The track captures the frustration of witnessing someone you care about making self-destructive choices, yet feeling powerless to intervene.

Vocalist Steff Fish shares:

"The song is about witnessing someone that you care about making terrible decisions and the reality of your own helplessness - knowing that nothing you say will influence their judgment as they can't or won't acknowledge that their own actions are perpetuating the problem. So, it becomes an endless cycle of delusion and bitterness."

Giant Walker's fusion of giant riffs, melancholic melodies, and ambient soundscapes offers listeners a conceptual journey through the highs and lows of life. Their music serves as a companion through the darkest moments, resonating with those who seek solace in powerful, emotive rock.

Having individually journeyed 300 miles to hone their craft, Giant Walker has crafted a sound that defies convention. Bonded by their northern roots and a mutual admiration for bands like Karnivool, Soundgarden, Radiohead, and Deftones, the band's music offers a unique blend of heavy rock and progressive melodies.

As they continue their journey with Church Road Records, Giant Walker invites fans to join them on their upcoming UK tour this summer alongside Future Static, promising audiences an electrifying live experience.
